There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community, market knowledge, marketing savvy, education and experience, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Northern Kentucky real estate professional, including Boone, Campbell and Kenton Counties, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. I truly care about my customers and their families. I take pride in being their "Real Estate Consultant For Life". This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, helping customers resolve problems related to real estate and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I can help you with anything from an insurance agent, mortgage broker for a re-finance of your current home, handyman, home remodeling, painters, carpet, hardwood, countertops, and the list goes on............
Before beginning my real estate career, I spent 7 years in the accounting/finance industry and obtained an MBA from Northern Kentucky University. I have a broad base of business experience I bring to each and every purchase/sale. I continue my education on a regular basis, including obtaining additional designations specific to real estate, Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the latest education to help homeowners in this ever-changing market of short sales, foreclosures and loan modifications to help customers keep their homes - Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Northern Kentucky areas, including Boone, Campbell, Kenton Counties, especially Erlanger (Brightleaf) or Hebron (Deer Creek), please contact me.
